Looks like a first generation rectangular CRT with the flat sides and square corners...most likely a 16" perhaps a 16KP4 (or similar).

Neat....
Wish I could find the 21" set my aunt had..... Similar set up in table cab. Dark mahoganny. Glass didn't extend to control panel. I remember hers had a very good, bright, sharp picture. Bill Cahill
