Is that a 17"?
I had an aunt that had a 21" table model. Wish I had it.
When it worked, it had a very nice picture.

Looks like a first generation rectangular CRT with the flat sides and square corners...most likely a 16" perhaps a 16KP4 (or similar).

update: found it on the TV history site (but without the "H" in the model #)...626T16, the "lynwood".

Neat....
Wish I could find the 21" set my aunt had.....
Similar set up in table cab.
Dark mahoganny.
Glass didn't extend to control panel.
I remember hers had a very good, bright, sharp picture.
