Sorry, it's not anything like a Hickok tube checker!
It's only a real basic emission tester, much like the Eico 625 or the Heath or Knight kits of the day. It's probably better than no tube checker at all, but no much. It does have the other functions, but nothing that, a basic VOM or similar couldn't handle.

Yep , I agree 100% with dieseljeep , since when does "Radio City Products Co. Inc." equal "Hickock" ? Gee , maybe I can sell them my rusted out 74 Chevy Vega as an Auburn Boat tail Speedster ? (just a joke , I have no rusty Vega , nor Ford Pinto for that matter )

It'd make a great $1 bargain bin item for a collector's swap meet .....

Now it's in an online auction. Last week when you posted this same tester (same picture) it was in an estate sale.
