Dumont CRT on Ebay 5SP7?

Thought I would post this and get input from the experts. Is this a radar tube?

Yes,the P7 phosphor is the giveaway,it's a cascade phosphor screen that provides image retention between sweeps. That tube has two electron guns,also.

This tube was used in a Dumont scope that has two separate channels. Common power supply. It was offered in both " portable " and rack mount versions. I don't remember much about them other than that.
