Air King Model 1000 - "Cub"

I've got the schematic for this radio but, except for the pictures on the link below, I cannot find detailed pictures of this radio anywhere on the web. I'd like to restore it to original design specs. Has anyone ever seen or even heard of this radio?...

http://www.mindspring.com/~cacutts/r...r/airking.html

My radio was manufactured on March 4, 1937 and it uses four tubes: 38, 6C6, 6D6 and 76.

I am looking for detailed close-ups, if possible, because I need to match a knob/pointer and case finish. It looks like mine was originally painted red (on wood, if you can believe it) before someone did a really bad job of staining it.

I don't know if you can tell frommthe pictures, but this is a tiny radio, measuring roughly 8"W x 6"H x 5"D. The chassis looks mint, but the case, dial face, knobs and tuner pointer are pretty much all basket cases.

Have you seen this lost soul of a radio? ANY help would be immensely appreciated.
