Your English is fine, terminology a little different.
The term "buck converter, not insulated" is an auto-transformer, one 240 volt winding, tapped at 120 volts, as the set was designed for 100/120 volt Japanese/US mains and is being used in 230/240 volt countries.

The circuit is a little tricky and it used selected components. You generally had to use genuine Sony replacements which were hard to get, even years ago. They generally failed when the horiz driver transformer connections needed resoldering.
They also used those transistors in the power supply.
Never had problems with the 2 output sets, just electrolytics.
SG sets we refused to do so I only did a few for some VERY good customers.
Even when I worked for Sony I didnt do them. Other problem is Sony
would use a totally different chassis in the same model ##. Had to go
by the serial ## or SCC chassis ##.
IIRC on the KV1710 some had a different supply using a second SG-613.
What a dog & cost $$$$$$ to fix.
BTW wernt they 2SC867 ?

Right-on! 2SC867. It's been ages.
I remember the chassis differences. I have several Sonys in my collection.
I think I have a KV1710 that I think is going to be scrapped.
I had a little grief with a SG-613 set. When repaired, it lasted around 15 months. When it failed again, I told the customer, "forget it"!
