Wow, Mr Wells certainly has aged! Last time I saw him, he was telling me about prewar TV sets from the other side of the screen on an episode of 'The Secret Life of Machines'. That was ages ago...

I went to Gerry Wells 81st birthday party on Saturday. He's no youngster but he's always happy to have people around and talk about wireless. If you're in London and want to visit the museum it's open by appointment at most times.
