What 15 inch set was this?

This set was supposed to be at an auction in rural Michigan, but it never went on the auction block. I asked the auctioneers about it, and they said the set was gone before they arrived... they assume it was hauled off to the dump.

So, which one of you guys has it?

And more importantly, what the hell was it? It sort of looks like a Sylvania, but I'm not 100% sure on that...
