1977 Zenith Chromacolor II 25HC45

There's an old house that hasn't been lived in for ages, and the lady never threw anything away. As you can imagine, the house is in bad shape, stinks to high heaven, and there's cigarette glaze on everything. One of the family members is having a sale there, and I've gotten a total of 6 TVs out of the house. The three I left behind (I'll probably end up with them, eventually) are an early '80s 19" RCA XL100 with a single-knob tuner, and a busted off tuner shaft, and two early '90s 19" RCA XL100 sets (CTC146).

This one here is a 25" Zenith Chromacolor II that was made late-'76 for the '77 model year, and uses a 25HC45 chassis. This set smells about like what the entire house smelled like, the power cord is missing, and the only thing holding the back on is the twist tabs.

I'm sure it's fixable, but cleaning it up and getting the odor out of it will be the biggest chore.
