Hello how are you all?

I want someone to help me please.

I remember long time ago a video that passed on tv that is related to war, poor children living in a building received some good news, but then the army begun possessing everything, and at the end the world is filled with weapons, no people talking.

I have no pictures about it, no idea about its name.

Please help me with this.
