Neat little set. Pix looks normal ( but snowy ) to me.
One thing to watch for is the same thing as in color sets.
The B+ that feeds the video out transistor & CRT cathode.
Usually a bad cap ( typ 4.7mfd). Gives many symptoms
some quite subtle & some have you saying CRT wrongly.

Model number? Panasonic is funny with their service manuals - they don't list the sets by the model year, for some reason like every other manufacturer and Sams....
