Just picked up a Precise Model 610 Signal Generator

Hello everyone, Monday night I picked up from Facebook Marketplace a Precise Model 610 Signal Generator for a pretty decent price (that also included shipping) and I looked up the manual for the unit, and it seems that this unit is designed so that you can hook it up to a frequency counter and not have to worry about switching on or off the test signal tone (it apparently has a separate output/controls for allowing one to hook up a frequency counter device to monitor the output frequency so that you can tell if its set to the correct frequency or not.

I wonder if anyone else on here has had any experience with this particular model of signal generator and if so how does it compare to others out there?
