Historic magazine cover
This magazine "Revista Monitor de Rádio e Televisão" was maybe the most important magazine devoted to the field of electronics in Brazil in the 1950's and 60's. This January of 1952 cover is historically important, it shows the governor of the state of São Paulo visiting the Invictus factory, and seeing the first television made in Brazil. He is between the two founders of the factory.

As seen in Craigslist ads of today, it's a 17-foot screen.
Unless A) my eyes are fooling me or B) in Brazil, ' for feet and " for inches is switched, like decimal and comma in monetary amounts in some places (vs. US approach). Nice old documents. |

It is inches, I believe we use " as well, probably there's an ' in the ad as a mistake, I see many mistakes in typing in these old ads all the time.
