General Electric Mercury Vapor Lamp

Here is a picture of a mercury vapor lamp as used by WRGB during or slightly after the war. Does anyone know what the numbers stenciled on the end of it mean?

I think these are for convenience of recording the aim in a lighting script. Notice there are numbers on the collar of the support pipe also.
