You gotta give us more info than that!
What model/chassis is it?
Is it tube or solid state?
Does it have sound?
What source are do you have connected to the antenna?
Can you change the screen brightness?

Philips was a European brand until they bought Magnavox in 1974, the Philips name was not used on US products until the late 80s(?)

Maybe its newer than 60s.
