Just Picked up a HP 400 HR Bench VTVM

Been looking for a VTVM, with an eye on HP. I had a couple of 400 series VTVM back in the early 1990's but at the time I had no appreciation of what a VTVM could do, at the time they where old, crummy, heavy, and didn't even have a digital display. I wish I could go back and spank that idiot.

I know what they are good for now and I just purchased this HP 400 HR. 8 tubes, 4 in the power supply, and 4 more in the test section, this unit is untested but all of tubes light, it is very, very clean inside and out. I purchased it for $54 dollars, plus shipping. I have found a couple of other 400 HR's for sale and they are both over $350 dollars each. I think I made out. Even if this one needs a cap job it is so open it will be a piece of cake to do it, the tubes no problem. The vendor selling it says it belong to her "Grandpa" who worked for NASA and this is where this instrument came from.
