Can anyone help identify what model this TV is and when it was made?

I received this TV from a friend over 21 years ago. It's been in my dad's barn for about that long. There's no model numbers on it or serial numbers that I can find. There was a tag affixed to the rear of the back above the picture tube gun recess but it was gone before I got the TV.

What I do know about the TV, is it is a vacuum tube type, it is a black and white model, there's a small slide toggle switch under the screen that turns on the TV. It's made by General Electric.

I'm interested if someone perhaps knows what model TV this is, and what year it was manufactured?

Thanks in advance.

Pull the back off of it. There should be a chassis number (stencil or paper) somewhere.
