70's Zenith i'm considering.
Hi all, saw this on FB, looks like one i briefly owned in the late 80's. Anyone recognize what chassis this uses.I got one of these in the 80's for free, got it working, and sold it for $75 a week later. Never seen another one till now.

It is probably CCII flat chassis or maybe upright. The tuner mech bears some similarly to the one in my Avanti (though the face trim over it is different). Zenith would offer multiple tuner mechs with a chassis especially in the 70s for different tiers of cabinet and space command options.

99% its a K-line first generation System 3. This S-3 has a power transformer.
This was probably Zeniths most reliable chassis & threw a fantastic pix. Only common problem was cold joints on the horz drive transformer. 73 Zeno LFOD ! |

Well facebook marketplace kinda sucks-ish...... I responded to the seller and he has issues. I said when i would be there and he was a no-show. i have the disadvantage of not having a internet connected phone and wanted his phone number, but he was flakey-ish. Just saying from a old mans perspective-ism. Maybe i am totally behind the times, Mike
