Update, as I continued to find nothing wrong in the strip I read in riders that changing a 12at7 my result in retuning slugs, so I moved the tubes around to different sockets still no luck. Riders also state that no audio or video could be a problem in the can that houses the 1n34 diode so I took a look for the third time only this time I look at the schematic only to find that the cathode end of the diode was in the wrong place. So here's the kicker , how is it that it worked befor with the diode in the wrong place and suddenly just lost the video and audio. So now it works just fine then I decide to move the tubes around again and one way the video was distorted and sound was full of static then changed them around again only to get nothing so I put them back the way they were and it's fine.

Dirty or loose or unsoldered tube sockets or tube pins
