CTC-16 Combo on LA Craigslist!

OH NO! Not another "you can pull out the old tv and convert it with a new one". Someone save this one! No cataracts! Could be a replaced tube?
This set looks just like my CTC-16 I had a while back that I sold to Chrisw6atv.
This one's extremely clean and has the orig factory hang tags too! Turntable and radio look clean too!

Gawd! I'd make room for that one, I'd just get rid of my problematic Maggie combo from '65. I wish more 60's RCAs would show up around here. But, on the other hand, the 50's ones DO show up so I shouldn't complain.

That does look nice.... But the problem is room! I'll think it over, and maybe send the seller a note not to throw it out, and that I'll rescue it if needed. Lancaster is out in the desert about 90 minutes from me (and about $80 in Diesel). At least it doesn't seem to have a cataract, so the tube is worth having if it's any good. And I think that's a CTC-12 or 15!!!!!! Look at the channel knobs, and the separate UHF knob. They did make an early 16 with that configuration, but most were 12s & 15s.
