Talking Picture bounces when I crank the system

Gonna have to get my hands on a bunch of 500uF 250v filter caps for my little GE 13".... I am noticing that if it's playing on mute when I'm listening to tunes, the raster pulls in a bit with every drum hit.... My amp pulls 700W at maximum output and they are sharing the same 20A circuit.

This isn't a 'help me' post, rather it is just an observation on a kinda funny phenomenon. Makes my friends laugh. I know it's not the mains line itself since my Furman conditioner maintains 121VAC when this is happening.
