GE 805 Locomotive tv

Thanks to my friend Damon, my long awaited search for a GE locomotive tv is over! It's missing a few of the larger cone shaped knobs. Does anyone have these?

About a month ago I found a Locomotive at an estate sale for $50. I should have grabbed it. The case was cracked and the CRT condition was unknown. If I recall correctly all the knobs were there but one was broken.

For $50 I would have grabbed it, they used a 10FP4 originally so a good one of those would be worth triple that.

Great TV. I just picked up an 806 with an original stand. The 805 either had a stand to or could use the 806 stand. Good luck on the knob hunt.

Keep checking eBay in the "TV tubes and parts" category - http://www.ebay.com/sch/Parts-Tubes-...from=R40&_nkw=
Just type-in "knobs" in the search. Eventually what you need will come up.
The GE "locomotive" is one of those "must have" sets in any vintage TV collection IMO. My example is one of the best working vintage TV I've ever owned.

I've got a GE 805 parts TV.
The Bakelite case is trashed but chassis and parts
look complete.
The 10BP4A CRT tests good.
I think all the knobs are present.
I'll check.

Thanks to Carl, I now have the missing knobs for my set! The channel fine tuning knob I'll have to paint to match the blonde knobs, since it came off a blonde set.
