Found this Youtube video which proved to be helpful:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_FhViLnPs8 Found a blown fuse at the top of the BM3 board. This board as 10 fuses on it, some as small as a pencil point! After repairing the fuse, all I could get was lines. Still can't get sound thru it or see any channels that are selected. Still appears brain dead. I read a post somewhere where someone bought a new BM3 board and it worked for ONE day then quit doing the same thing! Some of these are better left on the roadside!
