They are axial film capacitors, 0.01uF, 400V. The 2G is the voltage code, not a well known code, but here's the gist for most electronics:

1H = 50VDC
2A = 100VDC
2D = 200VDC
2G = 400VDC

Attached is an industry guide to values as well.
