Sad Motorola 5X1

So I have the sorriest looking Motorola 5X1 radio.
This poor thing has been painted. someone broke off the front feet, and made little wooden ones, it's missing the original knobs, yet is the best sounding tube radio I own. It works flawlessly as is! Anyway... thought I'd share.

If that paint is latex, and there is no tube chart pasted inside like most Motos, you could put the empty case in the dishwasher on the pots-pans setting and get it "clean" again.

I have a few like that, fugly but beautiful sound.
