Precision timing and twice lucky.

Luck would have it I was driving away from the bank and I spotted these beauties in the window of vinyl and home audio store. I went in thinking the owner would never part with such cool attention getting window displays. So what the hell it never hurts to ask " the tube tester is $20.00 and if you want the meter you can have it for $10.00" Needless to say cash left my wallet in record speed.




The $20.00 tube tester just needed a .1 cap and works well. Notice that there is no wear around the chart thumb
wheel.




This big ten buck meter works! Also the control box slides out of the rack mount case tethered with a 4 foot cable.
It is obvious that this gear was not used in a repair shop but could have been in a amature radio station.
