I just bought four good VHS tapes. CBS news documentaries, on WW2, the big one, per A.Bunker. I never seen the quality of recording on those tapes. They really have some great recording equipment. It looked like when it was originally broadcast. 25 cents each.

Were they from the WW2 with Walter Cronkite series? If so, there are 11 more tapes to that series.

A set of 15 VHS tapes covering World War II, copyright dates 1981-1983.

I see a lot of VHS & DVD historical series sets at estate sales, never once thought of taking a serious look at them.
