Got the manual at least!

Well i still haven't found my old GE set but at least I found the owners manual, or at least it seems like the right one.
It's only 4 pages with an insert for UHF.
Why do these things always have Clowns on them?

It's just a warning not to use certain chemicals when cleaning the screen.
That is not to use the chemicals on the screen.

So gasoline is bad for cleaning a TV screen? huh... It's still ok for wiping down my stove, right?

Don't joke too much. I have heard a story about a person cleaning the kitchen with gasoline in a small town near where I grew up. The person was seriously burned, but luckily survived.

On a more serious note, some kids lit fireworks off on top of an oil storage tank near there also. They did not survive. People will do stupid things.

GE tv, and etc....

Looks like an M5? On cleaning solutions, warm water, and mild dish detergent work well. Use a soft cloth, or, paper towel. Not, too much water. Rinse, dry. On plastic screens, do not use gasoline, kerosine, or, windex. Almost guaranteed to ruine. And, on joke about gasoline with pilot lit, GREAT JOKE!

Eric:

Is this the set you are looking for?

It is pictured over on the ETF site in a "flyback wanted" ad.

Yes Tim, that is the set, except that one is a different color I think,
it's also in Brazil, the owner has posted here before.
