1958 Westinghouse Rectangular CRT

Does anyone know who manufactured the rectangular CRT that Westinghouse used on a very few TVs in the mid to late 50s? I don't think there are more than a couple of these TVs still working nowadays.

As I understand, it was CBS Hytron.
Because of the design, they never could get proper purity or convergence.
