Trying to identify this TV Guide

The image you're about to see is from a photo taken sometime probably between 1980 and 85. At my house. Dad always had a guide for every week, every year. At first, I thought it was Ray Charles, lol. But it's actually my dad's reading glasses laying on top. I've tried to figure out who it is but have failed.
