Zenith Transoceanic R7000 "Issues"

Picked up a sad-looking R7000 couple of days ago with multiple problems. It had been dropped at some point and the four speaker posts had snapped off leaving it loose in the cabinet. Next, the little steel balls in the bandswitch detent 'spool' were loose in there while the 120/240 volt selector switch was broken internally. Superglue, epoxy and a little tinkering have gotten these issues solved--detent thing is still a little floppy--but I need a battery cover. Anyone got a spare? Also, is there a scan available of the detent ball assembly? Seems like there ought to be something between the springs and the little metal balls but there was nothing else loose in there. Thanks for any help!
