My 1952 Philips
This one I bought from the original owners! Has not been turned on since sometime around 1968 ( the guy who sold it to me said he remembers watching the Moon landing on a newer set ). Made in Holland for the Brazilian market. Brazilian-made Philips sets started in 1954 - 55.

Rectangular. This was the first Philips with a rectangular CRT.

Yep, I have some of them!
But this set was made in Germany, city of KREFELD! Just that set was not sold in the Netherlands. Byside two different german versions I have one made for Sweden and one sold to Spain for experimental use. Sweden and Spain had no official Television in that time. I know this set also as versions for Denmark and Italy, all are CCIR standard. For export they have only 2 other glasses with other controls names in seperate languages. Its a 14" screen. Regards, TV-collector

I've seen on Facebook a Mexican market version, once. Probably there was one for Argentina too.
