Those vertical integrators seem to be a common problem, I've had them go bad on two other Zeniths. Now I keep a stash of 680pf mica caps around just for that.

I think this really is a yellow cabinet, here's a pic which shows it better.

It could easily be a yellow cabinet. In the early 70's, harvest gold was a popular color for the kitchen.

That's about the same color as the cabinet on my Philco Townhouse TV I bought recently...
