Unknown Color Dumont? CRT TC19EXP22

I bought this from an estate recently, but nobody knew anything about it and since nothing comes up on a google search I thought I'd ask here.
My camera didn't focus well on the front, but I thought I'd add what I have so far.
Has anyone seen one of these?

I don't know what the "TC" stands for, but, 19EXP22 is a very common color tube for early 18 inch sets that used a separate safety glass. The laminated version with the safety glass attached was the 19EYP22. Pretty much every manufacturer from 1965 to 1969 used one of these types of CRTs.

Its not the old Dumont. They were gone by the mid 60's.
The name came back in the 70's or 80's with cheap chassii. That is
to new for this type CRT.
I think its a rebuilt & they decided to use the name. Its probably a
" low focus" type many used at the time & built by RCA.

Yup, definitely a rebuild, you can see the join in the glass just before the convergence assembly in the electron gun, also, hard to tell, but the end button with the pins seems a bit off center, all signs of a rebuild.
