New To Forum...
Howdy all. My name is Tim. I have recently begun doing my own work on my small collection of vintage TV's. I have two Philco Predicta Holiday models, an RCA 8-T-841 and a Motorola 12VT16 with a busted front glass thanks to Fed Ex. UGH.
I have been on the Antique Radio Forum quite a bit. My backround is in guitar amplifiers. Mainly the Ray Butts EchoSonic. Some Elvis fans probably know about that one. Anyway, I hope to be able to add something to your great community. Tim MBL |

Hi Tim Welcome to the forum.
I've been following your Predicta thread with great interest since I've got one to fix up too I started on it ages ago, but got frustrated and shelved it.... I think we have the same RCA model too. I plan on working on mine over the winter. So what's MBL mean ? Bob |

I am almost done with Predicta number two...Just put in a newly built K4 network. and now I have to check a few more resistors to be sure they are within tolerance...then the board gets reattached. I might just order a full set of new tubes as well. MBL stands for Midnight Bowlers League...my rockabilly band in Tampa FL.
