Cool OSC PLATE CHOKE/replacement

Having a hard time finding one of these, its a .2ohm/ philco part # 32-41112-2, maybe someone can give me a cross reference number for a replacement.

What's the model of the unit? I may not have the part, but perhaps the whole chassis.....more info is needed. Do you know the inductance?
