Cool as it is, at that size I can't imagine wanting/being able to to play a game with it with any amount of success...Just moving hands from A to B is going to be slower/clumsier than a stock controller.

A long time ago I happened upon the original joystick controller for the NES...Those have a real arcade feeling of quality to them, work well, and seem to make many games easier to play.
