Brunswick Table Top Radio
I just picked up this Brunswick table top for $15.
I have to research the model number. It has 6 tubes. |

Knobs, dial and escutcheon configuration suggests it may be an RCA clone. They had an manufacturing alliance with Brunswick Phonograph Co. in the 20's and 30's.

Early to mid-'30s look. What are the tubes it uses? You can use the online program at grillecloth.com to find a model number.

Too bad the fretwork's busted out....But that stuff was BAD fragile...And yeah, I'd say this bad boy has seen at least 70 summers come 'n' go...Maybe crowdin' 80...

The tubes are 25Z5, 6A7, 37, 43, 75, 78.
The closest chassis grillecloth had was a Empire radio. I'll take a look at Riders later. |
