Newbie has a question:)

Hi guys,

I'm a designer by trade and have always loved the look of vintage electronics, esp vintage tv sets.

One of my favorites is the Predicta and I'm about to purchase a restored Predicta Holiday.

I live in Los Angeles and was wondering if anyone can point me to someone in the area with experience maintaining Predicta's. I plan on keeping (and using) the set for a long time and would like to find someone locally so I don't have it to ship it off if anything goes wrong.

Any info would be appreciated.

I look forward to hanging out and learning a thing or two from you guys.

Don't have one, but from what I've read, Predictas give trouble from heat-Too many tubes too tightly packed together, & not enuff air circulation. They ARE cool to look at though.
