That one tv in the Virginia hotel is that an Emerson ? I could swear I had one years ago , the other looks like a zenith ?

It's a Sears Silvertone, a mid 60's model.

It looks like a residential hotel found in most of the large cities, in the older sections of town. They management rented the rooms by the month. Some were even rented out by the hour.
The TV's were owned by the tenants.

That's it a silvertone , I had one briefly , it was a repair for someone

The earlier 60's models opened like a suitcase. The chassis was mounted on the back, the CRT on the front.
