Sencore CR31A "Super Mack" socket issue
I finally got around to purchasing a CRT tester off of Epay, a Sencore CR31A "Super Mack" tester. It came today and I was about to hook it up to my CRT when I realized that this tester didn't come with the type 1 socket
does anyone happen to know the pinout for that socket so I can, at the least, attempt to hook it up with paperclips and jumper wires? also, if anyone has sockets 1 2 and 3 they're willing to sell I'd love to purchase them There's always something wrong with everything I do |

The pinout of the 11 pin connector coming from the unit is as follows:
1.) Heater + Ground 2.) Red Cathode 3.) Green Cathode 4.) Red G2 5.) Green G2 6.) Blue G2 7.) Blue Cathode 8.) Red G1 9.) Green G1 10.) Blue G1 11.) Heater A monochrome tube uses the red gun connections, so you connect the corresponding pins of a suitable duodecal CRT socket to an 11 pin plug as follows: CRT Pin CR31 Pin 1 ---> 1 2 ---> 8 10 ---> 4 11 ---> 2 12 ---> 11 This will get you an equivalent for Adapter #1. |
