KTV 13” color TV - No Remote - Unable To Turn On

I recently acquired a KTV 13" color TV.

Model number KCT 1355.

I did not get a remote with the TV.

How do you turn the TV on? The Main Power button turns the TV on but not the tube.

Do I need a remote to turn the TV completely on?

If so can I use any/universal remote or must a find a remote that came with the TV?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
