uratech 5inch b&w transistor tv

does anyone know about these cheapo solid state bw tvs. this one i have when you push power the hv squeaks for a second and thats it no hv almost like there may be a timing cap in the circuit that may be bad. this set is from april 1986 so im sure most of these sets from that vintage may have had the same problem so if anyone can steer me in the direction of this possible cap or reason why the pulse is not running i would be greatful for the info.
