An ebay auction...with several old knobs AND what looks like an RCA nameplate for one of their CT_100 sets? Also a Zenith spotlite dial knob..

I saw that, it could be a CT-100 pencil box but more likely from a B&W set.

They're the same physical size, you just have to drill added holes. Done it

Odd, I do not see labels for the controls in that RCA box. I got a "spare" control box with my CT-100 that looks the same from outside but has a different control set, for a B&W 1954 set as Eric said.
