Does look neat, and right in my back yard. I'm in the same boat tho. Just don't have room.

It would be neat to have, but I would only want it if the TV innards are still available. Anyway, it is to far for me.

From reading the listing I think the innards are included, just not shown in the picture. Still wouldn't hurt to ask.
