Nice! Thanks for the info Zeno, I did get the volume and tone control pots to be more reliable (I sprayed some contact cleaner in the pots and worked them back and forth a few times) and its actually a really good set, it actually works better than some of my other older transistor radios that are "Long Distance" Sets (like my Zenith Deluxe Royal 500H, and my Zenith Royal 2000-1).

I have a GE Clock Radio called the "Fidelity I" from about the same time period as this GE Superadio II, which I swear has to of been based on the Superadio design because this clock radio is extremely sensitive and selective and also has the same features as the Superadios have including a 200mm Ferrite Rod Antenna inside for the AM Band and I'm pretty sure it utilizes the same Radio-on-a-chip setup as well.
