Jetco motel radio/nightstand
I bought this Jetco motel radio at the flea market and paid a little much for it; but, I'll probably never find another one. It uses an AA5 octal chassis and a spare chassis came with it. The bad news is that it's missing the knobs and I don't know what the originals look like. Also, there is a hole on the left side with no control. I'll have to look closer to see if this is for a pilot light or did someone install a different chassis (even though the chassis looks original). Since it uses octal tubes and has no CD markings on the dial, it's probably no newer than the early '50's.

I looked closer and the chassis is a Packard-Bell model 501. There is a junker 501 on ebay; but, unfortunately, it's $40 BIN + $10 shipping, with a best offer option. I offered $25; but, was instantly declined. I'm going to look a little longer before I shell out $50 for a junker radio, just for the knobs.
