What is this sign advertising?

Obviously not advertising television sets when you read the listed advantages, but what?

I'm thinking Antennas, or maybe a Rotator based on the "Smooth Operation" comment?

No, I think it has to be something that is abbreviated to TV, but is not a television.

Looks like you got the picture from this ebay listing.

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/132418689871

If you looked at the other pictures you would have seen "Wahlfeld Peoria, IL".

A simple Google search shows they manufacture doors and windows. The descriptions on the signs in the ebay listing are consistent with windows.

The TVs might be something as simple as Tilt-View windows.

D'oh! thanks!

A search on Wahlfeld tilt windows finds a 1964 patent by Robert C L Jacobs and James A Wahlfeld for a removable sash window.
