I got a pioneer pro 800hd for free today
has a good picture
was made in 2002

does anybody know anything else about it
& does anyone have the remote or speakers for it

In my experience, any universal remote that has Pioneer TV codes should work.

I'm thinking that these early, very expensive plasma (and other designs.... perhaps PALC or EL?) are quite collectable, and fairly inexpensive now... sorta like CT-100s were 30-40 years ago. Anybody here making a serious effort to collect and preserve these early flat screen milestones?
