Free to a good home: 1959 DuMont Royal Sovereign

Hello, looking for a new home for my attractive 1959 DuMont Royal Sovereign. I obtained it from the original owner several years ago. It's not working and I know next to nothing about televisions. It makes a loud humming noise when plugged in. I do not have the remote control.
