What is this piece of molding?

I know this isn't a carpentry forum, but I've never been let down here. The wealth of knowledge is amazing, so I know someone here can help me identify this piece of molding.

I am trying to restore the quarter round molding in my kitchen, but can't find the inside corner pieces. Everyone keeps telling me to cut the ends at a 45, but I don't want to do that. I want all corners to match the existing ones, but I can't seem to find them.

The piece joins the quarter rounds nicely as well as gives the corner a nice rounded look.

Thanks!
